Pre-Shoot Guide

Take care of the steps below prior to our arrival to maximize the marketing potential of your home.
Checklist
Questionnaire

Check

  • Freshly mowed lawn
  • Clean up landscaping
  • Remove vehicles during shoot
  • Organize/ Remove hoses
  • Hide trash cans in garage
  • Hide children toys and pet toys
  • Sweep driveway, decks, and patios
  • Deactivate any sprinkler timers
  • Straighten all chairs and tables
  • Remove yard signs

Interior

Check

  • Turn on all lights
  • Replace burnt or missing lightbulbs
  • Open all curtains and blinds
  • Turn TV's off
  • Hide pet supplies and bowls
  • Clean and sweep
  • Turn off and dust ceiling fans
  • Declutter as much as possible
  • Clean countertops and appliances
  • Put away dishes
  • Move trash cans to garage
  • Remove items on and above fridge

Bathrooms

Check

  • Clear countertops of personal items
  • Clear all items from shower/ bathtub
  • Clean mirrors and shower doors
  • Hide trash can
  • Clean up toilet paper roll
  • Hang towels neatly, remove rugs
  • Keep toilet seat and lid down
  • Clean shower and bathtub

Bedrooms

Check

  • Make beds
  • Declutter room
  • Remove family photos
  • Turn ceiling fans off
  • Arrange decorative pillows
  • Dust ceiling fan
  • Put away clothing, toys, and personal items
