A simple, clear video tour that walks buyers through the home room to room so they understand the layout. Drone footage included.

Interior and exterior photography
Our photography is not just photography. Before the first shot, our photographers walk the property: all lights on, fans off, fireplaces on, trash cans hidden, soap bottles and sponges put away. Anything that needs to be removed or cleaned up in the edit gets noted along the way. From cluttered closets to family pictures, we clean it up so your listing shows at its best.
We price by square footage, not by the photo, so we capture every photo the property needs without a strict cap. Photos are delivered the next morning in walkthrough order, so there is little sorting or reordering on your end.

Drone photography
We capture drone photos that show the property in its best light. If the home sits on land, we get the land. On a lake, we get the water. Near the city, we get the skyline.
Drone adds a perspective buyers cannot get from the street, and it rounds out your photo gallery.

2D floor plans
We walk the property scanning the layout to deliver a 2D floor plan with room measurements and total square footage. You also get a version without measurements.
Measurements are deemed reliable but are not guaranteed. For a legal measurement, contact a licensed surveyor.

1 virtual twilight
We edit a daytime exterior to look like it was taken at twilight. A simple way to make your cover photo stand out.

Property website
Every package includes a property website: your photos, video and floor plan on one page, with its own link to share with buyers and sellers.
Price by home size
Most of the Kansas City area has no travel fee. Further out, any travel fee shows at the last step of booking.
